Payment and cancellation

In order to enable us to plan occupancy in our small villages effectively and prepare for all guests, the following conditions apply:

Payment

You pay the total amount for your stay directly when booking using the payment methods offered. Bookings made on site are also paid for immediately upon booking.

Cancellation

Plans can change – therefore, the following cancellation deadlines apply:

• Up to 14 days before arrival: free cancellation
• 13 to 7 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total price will be charged
• From 6 days prior to arrival or in case of no-show: 90% of the total price will be charged.

The date on which we receive your cancellation is decisive.
We generally recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance in case something comes up at short notice.

If your plans change, please let us know as soon as possible—this way, other guests may still have the chance to use the space.
